Your role will elevate customer engagement through exceptional service and effective selling techniques.
You will engage customers by offering personalized services and using our Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, including shipping. Handling customer issues with care and ensuring a clean store environment will be key responsibilities as well. Achieving sales objectives in collaboration with store leaders will complement your efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive customer engagement and satisfaction
• Achieve sales and margin goals collaboratively
• Conduct transactions using the Point of Sale system
• De-escalate customer situations professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and operational standards
Requirements:
• Preferred retail experience of 3 months to 1 year
• Excellent communication and customer interaction skills
• Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
• Proficiency in resolving customer concerns
• Adherence to Health & Safety regulations
