As a Retail Team Lead, you will oversee daily store activities and coach associates to ensure top-tier customer service and sales maximization. Your responsibilities will include training staff on product knowledge and operational policies while ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively. This role requires effective communication and the ability to foster a motivated team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide daily operations for exceptional customer service

• Conduct training presentations for Sales Associates

• Assist with merchandising and employee documentation

• Ensure efficient product flow from stockroom to sales floor

• Resolve customer complaints and enhance sales techniques

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• 3-6 months retail experience desired

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

• Lift and move up to 34 kg occasionally
