Step into Stowel Lake Farm as a Weekend Farmstand Attendant. Ideal for those who cherish community interaction, this role offers a chance to bring a smile to visitors while sharing your love for agriculture.
You'll serve as the essential link between our farm and customers, creating a welcoming atmosphere. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy engaging with people and have a keen eye for detail. Weekend availability is a must, starting from August 1st, with training provided beforehand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers upon arrival at the farmstand
• Support shoppers with questions and purchases
• Ensure the farmstand is clean and inviting
• Assist with product setup and inventory management
• Provide insights into our farm products and practices
Requirements:
• Warm and approachable demeanor
• Strong attention to detail
• Enthusiasm for food and farming
• Availability on Saturdays and Sundays from 1:30 PM to 7 PM
• Complete paid training prior to starting
