As a Senior Brand Ambassador, your mission is to embody AEO’s values while delivering outstanding customer service. Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests, provide product insights, and promote the AEO loyalty program. Your flexible skill set will allow you to thrive in various areas of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in locating products and making informed choices

• Promote AEO loyalty program and increase guest engagement

• Navigate different store areas from Sales floor to Stockroom

• Address guest concerns while respecting company guidelines

• Collaborate with the team to fulfill store duties

Requirements:

• Background in retail is beneficial

• Energetic and adaptable to busy work conditions

• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Genuine love for AE and Aerie products

• Must be at least 18 years of age
