As a Retail Associate, you'll play a vital role in delivering unparalleled service while embodying the energy and spirit of Nike. Engage with customers and foster their fitness journeys by providing support and authentic product knowledge. Work collaboratively with your teammates to create a positive shopping experience and drive store success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Passionately assist customers in finding Nike products
• Build rapport and trust with shoppers every day
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions
• Keep the store clean and well-stocked
• Attend and support team events for collaboration
Requirements:
• Must be 16 years or older
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong customer service skills and enthusiasm
• Ability to perform physical tasks as required
• Eagerness to stay updated on products and trends
