Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers and guide them to find requested products

• Inform customers about the Rewards program and VOC survey benefits

• Assist with stock unloading, merchandising, and recovery tasks

• Follow SOPs to uphold store safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• Retail experience is an advantage but not mandatory

• Must comfortably stand and move during shifts

• Must be able to lift heavy merchandise and use ladders

• Availability during nights, weekends, and early mornings required

• Cross-training in Custom Framing may be included
