Become a part of Pet Valu's dedicated team in Edmonton, Alberta as a Keyholder. Ensure excellent store operations, provide top-notch customer service, and support pet owners and their companions.
Pet Valu is looking for Keyholders to assist with store management responsibilities while driving profitability and community engagement. This role includes cashier duties, stock management, and customer sales, while maintaining store safety and cleanliness. The Keyholder prioritizes customer service and supports the training and development of other team members in their absence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage cashier sales and customer service interactions
• Prepare merchandise orders and manage paperwork
• Stock and arrange small items in sales areas
• Maintain store cleanliness through general upkeep tasks
• Assist in unloading deliveries and putting stock away
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of retail/customer service experience
• Proficient with POS systems and transactions
• Outgoing personality with strong service skills
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs regularly
• Flexible availability for various shifts
