The FIKA Company is seeking a Retail Experience Lead to manage opening/closing, store standards, and daily operations in Beaumont. You’ll supervise staff, assist cashiers, and ensure a consistently high level of customer service while maintaining product presentation and compliance with company standards.
With at least 2 years in retail and a Provincial Cannabis Certification, you will train and elevate the team, resolve issues, and implement sales strategies.
