In this position, you will work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to inspire the sales team toward achieving sales and customer service goals. Responsibilities include cash handling and daily reconciliations, as well as opening and closing the store. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in day-to-day store management
• Mentor sales staff to meet targets
• Perform daily cash reconciliation tasks
• Responsible for store opening and closing procedures

Requirements:
• Retail experience, preferably in cosmetics
• Skilled in delivering excellent customer service
• Desirable background in retail operations
• Flexibility to work various hours
• Familiarity with retail point-of-sale equipment
