Manager of Service Station & Liquor Store

Elevate the Maple Creek Service Station and Liquor Store as the Manager for The Pioneer Co-Operative Association Limited. This full-time position focuses on customer service and operational leadership.

As the Manager, your role encompasses directing the operations of the liquor store, ensuring exceptional customer interactions, and managing employee performance and training. You'll maintain superior facility standards and work towards achieving budgetary targets. Your prior management experience in a retail environment will be crucial.

• Maintain employee attire and store presentation

• Manage inventories within budgeting guidelines

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail management

• Willingness to gain Serve It Right Saskatchewan certification

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Required certifications: TDG, WHMIS, Propane

• Subject to Pioneer Co-op's alcohol policy
