** We’re hiring a dependable, motivated
** Assistant Store Manager

** What You’ll Do
**** Leadership & Team Support
*** Assist with supervising, coaching, and training staff
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
* Help promote a positive, engaged team culture
** Store Operations
*** Support daily store operations, including opening and closing duties
* Manage store communication (email, updates, task assignments)
* Work closely with the Store Manager on staffing, operational needs, and sales goals
** Customer Service & Compliance
*** Check  ensure all alcohol sales meet Alberta regulations
* Deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service
* Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment
** Inventory & Financial Support
*** Assist with inventory counts, ordering, and receiving
* Review reports and documentation for accuracy
* Help support store financial targets and controllables
** What We’re Looking For
*** 2+ years of retail experience
* 2+ years in a supervisory role
* Pro Serve certification (or willingness to obtain)
* Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift
* Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork skills
* Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
