As a Counter Picker, you will handle customer orders, offering immediate product expertise while ensuring accurate transactions. Engaging with customers through various channels, you’ll verify orders and maintain an organized counter. Your proactive approach will enhance the customer experience and promote positive interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately pick orders from the warehouse for customers
• Provide knowledge and assistance in product selection
• Engage with customers in-person, via phone, or email
• Confirm availability of items for customer orders
• Management of stock levels at the counter
Requirements:
• Technical experience in wholesale customer service
• Experience with order picking and forklifts preferred
• Local market knowledge in HVAC and Plumbing is a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and AS400
• Strong customer service and communication skills
