In this role, you will ensure timely processing of orders while maintaining a well-organized workspace. Your experience in customer service or sales, along with product knowledge, is vital to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pick and prepare orders for counter customers
• Provide accurate product knowledge and assistance
• Address customer inquiries in person, by phone, or email
• Check stock levels and ensure order accuracy
• Assist in warehouse operations when needed
Requirements:
• Technical sales or customer service experience required
• Forklift/Cherry Picker experience preferred
• Local HVAC and Plumbing knowledge is advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and keen on learning AS400
• Strong communication and customer service skills necessary
Excel in building relationships with customers as a Counter Picker at Wolseley Canada.
