• Implement effective Floorsets with the team
• Mentor and coach the Floorset team for optimal performance
• Identify and act on merchandising innovations daily
• Maintain guest-first mentality in all operations
• Uphold safety standards and promote shrink-reducing strategies
Requirements:
• History of retail experience with strong visual merchandising skills
• Exceptional prioritization and organizational capabilities
• Availability for diverse shifts, including weekends
• Genuine passion for AE and Aerie merchandise
• Commitment to safety and AEO policies
