Retail Store Manager

• Oversee all aspects of the store, including leading assistant store leaders, team leads and advisors and partnering with business areas and vendors
• Motivate, coach, develop and inspire the team to help customers find products or services
• Cultivate an inclusive team and learning culture
• Oversee store KPIs including revenue, merchandising standards, inventory health, and health and safety
• Maintain a healthy profit and loss
• Achieve customer and employee experience objectives and sales results

• 5+ years of retail store manager experience
• 5+ years of experience leading a retail team of at least 50 employees and a $30+ million big box retail store
• 5+ years of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals in a high-sales volume store
• Leadership by example on the floor to increase employee engagement, customer experience and revenue opportunities
• Ability to create an inclusive, fun and safe work environment
• Ability to permanently work at and commute to Edmonton store locations

Demonstrates strong leadership in managing large retail teams, achieving sales goals, and maintaining operational excellence. Proven ability to foster an inclusive work environment while overseeing store performance metrics and enhancing customer experiences.
