As a Retail Associate, or Athlete, you embody the spirit of Nike. This part-time position offers 20-32 hours per week, including nights and weekends. You'll engage with customers, helping them discover their ideal athletic gear while promoting a culture of support and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert advice on NIKE products and services
• Foster a welcoming environment for all customers
• Operate cash register and process transactions
• Maintain store appearance with clean displays
• Attend and support team events through collaboration
Requirements:
• Minimum age of 16
• Flexible availability during nights and weekends
• Strong customer service skills and positive attitude
• Ability to train on new products and technologies
• Physically capable of standing and moving throughout shifts
