Operations Supervisor-West Mall

Description  A Victoria’s Secret & Co  Operations Supervisor  is a values-based leader who supports operational execution and store readiness. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned.

Key Responsibilities   Executes shipment, replenishment, and stock organization
Maintains back-of-house standards and inventory accuracy
Supports cleanliness, safety, and compliance
Identifies and escalates operational issues
Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity. In some locations, this role may take on broader responsibility for leading the business
Store Leadership Expectations   Leading and demonstrating company values
Executing the role of the Head Coach through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personal selling
Coaching & development of associates and leaders
Executing Daily Work Force Management actions
Maintaining visual merchandising standards
Collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution

Demonstrating and leading company policy and procedures
