Assistant Manager

Support the Store Manager in driving sales performance and achieving store goals.

Lead by example in delivering an engaging and memorable customer experience.

Coach, motivate, and support team members to achieve individual and store sales targets.

Help create a positive, collaborative, and accountable store culture.

Assist with onboarding, training, development, and ongoing performance feedback.

Provide leadership coverage and oversee store operations in the Store Manager’s absence.

Maintain strong visual merchandising and presentation standards.

Support inventory accuracy, replenishment, product availability, and loss prevention.

Monitor sales results and KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance.

Build strong relationships with customers and help grow customer loyalty.

Ensure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are consistently followed.

Take an active, hands‑on approach to supporting the overall success of the store.

Previous retail leadership experience within apparel, footwear, fashion, or specialty retail.

Experience supervising, coaching, or mentoring employees in a customer-facing environment.

Strong sales orientation with an understanding of retail KPIs.

Good knowledge of store operations, merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-focused with a genuine interest in creating a great in-store experience.

Organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Confident problem solver with sound judgement.

Comfortable using POS systems and retail technology.

Positive, energetic, and comfortable leading from the sales floor.

Motivated to continue developing toward future store management opportunities.
