Host, Retail, Customer Service Rep

Louis Vuitton is seeking a dynamic and hardworking Host with a desire for building a genuine relationship with our worldly clientele to join our West Edmonton Mall team for the holiday season!

Essential duties and responsibilities of a Host include but are not limited to:

• Customer Service
• Managing the store's Daily Calendar including appointments and waitlists
• Policies and Procedures

As a Host, you will initiate the process on building a genuine relationship with the Client by determining the Client’s needs and offering direction to appropriate departments and Universes. The greeter is a client’s first point of contact within the store and sets the tone for the client’s experience while they are with us.

The ideal Host will manifest the Louis Vuitton Promise to build a genuine relationship and cherish the Client’s time spent at the Maison while making sure that each Client is greeted with the highest degree of courtesy and integrity, partnering with the Client Experience team and collaborate with the store team at large to build a seamless client experience and maintaining daily calendar of client appointments and on-going events in-store.

The appointed candidate will be offered a competitive hourly rate.
