This seasonal retail position supports customers seeking products that express individuality, team pride, and personal style. You maintain Lids presentation standards while contributing to revenue goals, inventory activities, and accurate product counts. The work includes operating point-of-sale systems and supporting store policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Help customers find and select products for their style
- Demonstrate knowledge of Lids products and services
- Achieve revenue growth through customer service
- Participate in shipments, merchandise resets, and product counts
- Operate computer and mobile point-of-sale systems
- Clear, professional verbal communication with customers and employees
- Ability to frequently hear and communicate verbally
- Ability to frequently observe stores and read information
- Ability to occasionally climb ladders and work overhead
- Ability to meet essential duties with reasonable accommodation
