Lead Rogers and Fido retail sales in Edmonton, using coaching and customer experience expertise to guide a high-performing store team.
As Store Manager, you will oversee retail staff, operations, and performance while delivering regional and store-level targets. You will promote Rogers, Fido, and Rogers Mastercard solutions, represent the brands locally, and support a culture of continuous improvement. The full-time position is based at West Edmonton Mall, with rotating shifts and up to 10% travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing sales team
Manage store operations and solution-based customer experiences
Deliver business plans against regional and store-level targets
Represent Rogers and Fido at local community events
Promote Rogers Mastercard alongside Rogers and Fido brands
Requirements:
Management experience overseeing retail staff, operations, and performance
Clear communication that drives positive team and business outcomes
Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and accessibility
Leadership in continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration
Availability for 40 hours weekly, including evenings and holidays
