Drive retail sales and coach associates as a Full Time Floor Leader at West Edmonton Mall in Edmonton, Alberta. The schedule is 30-39 hours weekly.
At Lush Handmade Cosmetics, this Floor Leader leads shop-floor performance while supporting store management. You will use Store Force results, adjust floor structure, and develop sales teams. Daily work includes customer consultations, product recommendations, brand advocacy, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales through coaching, feedback, and floor adjustments
- Lead consultations and exceed daily sales goals
- Recommend products through growing product knowledge
- Organize community engagement and store parties
- Maintain clean, organized, appealing merchandising displays
- Minimum one year customer service and sales experience
- Supervisory experience involving coaching and training
- Problem-solving experience in daily customer service operations
- Preferred experience analyzing sales metrics
- Preferred consultation-based customer service experience
