Retail Operations Supervisor Customer Experience

As a management team member, the Operations Supervisor mentors, leads, and coaches Dream Makers. You will create consistent five-star customer service across roles while helping exceed sales plans. The position combines team leadership, performance management, payroll monitoring, inventory processes, and computerized POS experience in daily store operations.

• Lead and model a customer-first culture across all roles
• Assign shifts, review results, and provide floor feedback
• Coach selling skills, behaviors, and processes continuously
• Communicate daily sales goals and drive action
• Monitor inventory, receiving, repairs, and merchandise standards

• High School Diploma or degree
• Two-four years of prior retail management experience
• Apparel or specialty store environment experience
• Prior computerized POS system experience
• Ability to stand, walk, and use computers extensively
