Retail Store Manager

Lead Rogers and Fido retail sales in Edmonton, using coaching and customer experience expertise to guide a high-performing store team.

As Store Manager, you will oversee retail staff, operations, and performance while delivering regional and store-level targets. You will promote Rogers, Fido, and Rogers Mastercard solutions, represent the brands locally, and support a culture of continuous improvement. The full-time position is based at West Edmonton Mall, with rotating shifts and up to 10% travel.

• Lead, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing sales team
• Manage store operations and solution-based customer experiences
• Deliver business plans against regional and store-level targets
• Represent Rogers and Fido at local community events
• Promote Rogers Mastercard alongside Rogers and Fido brands

• Management experience overseeing retail staff, operations, and performance
• Clear communication that drives positive team and business outcomes
