The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in growing the business and delivering Saje’s service ethos. This people-centric leader balances operational execution with productivity and profitability, develops Team Members, and builds community connections. The position emphasizes consistent experiences, intentional recommendations, and inclusive culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate results across revenue, comp growth, AVS, and IPT
- Equip Team Members with product knowledge for recommendations
- Create a succession strategy and administer performance reviews
- Lead community outreach with a proactive, innovative approach
- Inspire teams through coaching, collaboration, and core values
- Retail expertise delivering experiences to Community Members
- Proven success metrics and a demonstrated growth story
- Entrepreneurial relationship-building and community connector mindset
- Comfort working in a scented environment
- Availability during November 15 through January 15 blackout period
