As Store Manager, you will lead retail operations, support company initiatives, and deliver the authentic Lammle’s Experience. This position requires retail management experience, strong communication, and a passion for Western wear. You will balance customer experience, merchandising, operational accuracy, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead daily retail operations with efficiency and accountability
- Deliver exceptional service and drive sales performance
- Coach teams on products, merchandising, and selling techniques
- Maintain inventory, payroll, reporting, and administrative accuracy
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing team members
- Two to three years of retail management experience
- High-volume retail experience preferred
- Passion for Western wear and culture
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds
