Lead Nike retail performance as a Head Coach, using customer service and people leadership in a full-time Premium Collection Outlet setting. This 12-month contract includes nights and weekends.
As Store Manager, you represent NIKE while guiding customers and coaching your team. You will build an inclusive environment, apply Service Principles, and support sales, service, and profitability goals. Retail operations, budgeting, planning, and Microsoft Office expertise shape the work.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead teams toward sales, service, and profitability goals
- Coach employees and cultivate recognition-focused store environments
- Execute brand initiatives, activations, programs, and labor management
- Manage budgeting, expenses, P/L statements, and critical metrics
- Work with District Partners on enterprise-wide initiatives
- Six years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience
- Four years of store management experience
- Experience with retail operations, sales, and people leadership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail business systems
- Availability for weekends, nights, and holidays as needed
