Retail Inventory Stock Manager

Manage inventory flow at Roots while strengthening retail operations, replenishment, and backroom organization. This in-store role reports to the Store Manager.
The Stock Manager maintains operational integrity across merchandise receipts, inventory procedures, and sales-floor replenishment. You will also train and develop a core stock team while supporting store strategies. Success requires retail management experience, presentation skills, customer understanding, and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Process merchandise receipts promptly and prioritize inventory flow
- Organize the backroom according to company standards
- Maintain replenishment across styles, colours, and sizes
- Execute receiving, transfers, damages, and compliance procedures
- Recruit, onboard, assess, and develop stock associates
- Two or more years of management experience
- Retail apparel management experience preferred
- Excellent presentation skills in retail environments
- Ability to understand customer needs
- Upbeat, optimistic, passionate, and friendly approach
