Riverside Liquor Store in St. Albert needs a part-time Liquor Clerk focused on customer service, merchandise stocking, and accurate cash handling. Open availability is an asset.
North Central Co-op’s Liquor Clerk supports daily liquor retail operations and serves local community members. The position requires adherence to company policies, procedures, standards, and alcohol regulations. Responsibilities include point of sale transactions, packaging purchases, organizing merchandise, cash reconciliation, and general housekeeping. WSET training, Pro Serve training, and inventory experience are assets.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain safe and efficient liquor store operations
- Follow regulatory requirements for alcohol service and sales
- Assist team members when necessary and complete assigned duties
- Organize and replenish merchandise across store areas
- Complete general housekeeping and daily cash reconciliation tasks
- Career interest in liquor retail operations
- Previous inventory, merchandising, or stocking experience is an asset
- WSET training or Pro Serve Liquor Staff Training is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
