Account ExecutiveOur client is seeking a dynamic and
customer-focused Account Executive to manage strategic accounts and drive growth. This role is responsible for building strong relationships with multi-site retail, hospitality, and commercial organizations, ensuring their signage remains compliant, functional, and aligned with brand standards. The successful candidate will bring proven experience in strategic account management, excellent
communication skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer experience while managing complex projects.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:Develop and maintain relationships with facility and property management teamsCoordinate emergency and reactive service needs across multiple client locationsPrepare accurate quotes and proposals for service work, retrofits, and upgradesMaintain CRM data and service reporting to track project history and trendsAct as a consultative partner on compliance, permitting, and signage life-cycle planningLead contract negotiations, project bids, and service agreements for multi-location clientsCollaborate with operations and production teams to ensure seamless project deliveryConduct market analysis to identify opportunities for large-scale signage programsRepresent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry eventsYour strengths include:5+ years of experience in strategic account management, sales, or business development within signage, facility management, or retail sectorsBachelor's degree in business or equivalent experienceStrong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skillsAbility to manage complex projects and coordinate cross-functional teamsUnderstanding of multi-location business operations and brand consistencyOrganized, responsive, and customer-focused approachKnowledge of building systems, permitting, or service contracts (an asset)
