Oversee contract negotiations, pricing structures, and event proposals to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless execution of events from booking to delivery.
Represent the venue at industry events, trade shows, and community functions.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in hospitality sales, ideally with luxury venues, hotels, or catering operations.
Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Strong understanding of event sales, banquet operations, and the Edmonton market.
Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to balance creativity and business acumen.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
