Sales Representative

Kognitive Sales Solutions is on the lookout for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team as Field Marketing Representatives. In this vital role, you will be responsible for engaging and educating consumers about President’s Choice Financial Products at various retail locations. Your mission will be to foster connections with customers and enhance their understanding of the benefits and features of financial products offered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicate the advantages of President’s Choice Financial Products to customers.
• Gather customer feedback and insights to help tailor product offerings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for each visitor.
• Collaborate with store personnel to maintain a seamless presentation of products.
• Actively drive sales and promote brand awareness through direct customer interactions.

Compensation:

$17.50 per hour + uncapped commission

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, preferably in retail or financial sectors.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills with an outgoing personality.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer engagement skills.
• Must pass a criminal background check and handle confidential information with integrity.
• Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license is preferred.
