In this role, you'll thrive in a performance-driven culture alongside passionate fitness leaders. Your responsibilities include welcoming studio guests, providing guidance through their Orange theory experience, and managing front desk interactions. Strong communication will be key as you follow up with prospective members and address their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome all guests with warmth and fitness knowledge
• Showcase the OTF concept to interested visitors
• Conduct front desk operations, including phone support
• Offer engaging tours of the studio facilities
• Support trainers to enhance member fitness introductions
Requirements:
• Strong passion for fitness and community engagement
• Exceptional communication skills, verbally and written
• Professional handling of member inquiries and concerns
• Sales or customer service experience a plus
• Ensure readiness and cleanliness of the studio area
