Lines Account Manager to join our team of insurance professionals in our Spruce Grove
branch.

As a Personal Lines Account Manag
er
, you are responsible for building strong, lasting relationships with our clients by helping to protect what matters most to them through account development and new sales.

• Assist clients with their daily insurance needs in person or through technology
• Provide quotes and sell new policies to clients
• Up-selling of products and services to new and existing clients
• Generate client referrals through community involvement and events
• Follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding matters
• Make timely renewal calls for existing client business
• Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers
• Commit to self-development through internal training and industry education
• Extensive knowledge of insurance company products, programs and payment plans

• Completion of High School Diploma or equivalency
• Completion of General License Level 1, or willingness to obtain prior to employment
• Drive and motivation for personal growth
