In this role, you will report directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager and act as the main point of contact for customers. You will recommend appropriate homes based on client needs and work diligently to meet and exceed sales targets. Your innovative marketing solutions will help maintain Qualico's reputation, while your communication with project management ensures that client requirements are met seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Consult with customers to identify their home preferences
• Maintain strong customer relationships through the process
• Promote sales to existing and potential customers
• Innovate marketing strategies to attract new clients
• Collaborate with the project teams to meet expectations
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year in sales
• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle required
• Criminal record check must be clear
• Proficient in Office and CRM software
