As our Boiler Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for driving new equipment sales while developing long-term partnerships with customers and industry stakeholders.

• Growing new boiler equipment sales throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with commercial end users, mechanical contractors, and engineering firms.
• Identifying new business opportunities and developing a robust sales pipeline.
• Meeting with customers on-site to assess operational needs and recommend effective boiler solutions.
• Delivering technical presentations, product demonstrations, and educational lunch-and-learn sessions.
• Representing the company at industry associations, trade shows, and events, including ASHRAE, MCA, and other relevant organizations.
• Applying your knowledge of hydronic and steam boiler systems to support customer requirements and project success.
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and seamless project execution.
• Serving as a trusted industry partner while cultivating long-term customer relationships.

We're seeking a motivated sales professional with strong technical expertise and a track record of success in the boiler industry.

• 3+ years of boiler sales experience is required.
• Experience selling commercial, municipal, and/or industrial boiler systems.
• Strong knowledge of hydronic and steam boiler systems.
• Proven success in B2B sales and business development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong customer service focus with the ability to identify and develop new opportunities.
• Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and clean driver's abstract.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan.
• Ability to travel occasionally to the United States for training.
• Must be based in Edmonton, Alberta.
