National Hospital Systems Sales Manager

Drive hospital-sector growth for Dynacare through strategic sales, account management, and healthcare relationship building from Brampton, Ontario, remotely with travel.

As National Sales Manager, Hospital Systems, you will develop business across hospitals, Regional Health Authorities, and Shared Service Organizations. You will focus on laboratory and transportation or logistics services while managing strategic accounts, contracts, and complex sales cycles. Success requires healthcare market knowledge, negotiation, and collaboration with operations, marketing, scientific, and leadership teams.

• Develop sales budgets and revenue targets within hospital markets
• Create territory plans aligned with company strategic goals
• Secure new business and expand existing customer relationships
• Manage prospecting, proposals, negotiations, contracts, and onboarding
• Build healthcare stakeholder relationships and account growth strategies

• Five or more years in healthcare sales or business development
• Understanding of Canadian and provincial healthcare systems
• Experience with hospitals, health authorities, and procurement organizations
• Strong negotiation, presentation, planning, and communication skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
