Customer-focused sales consultants at The Brick build relationships through product knowledge and commission-based retail selling. This opportunity is available in retail locations.
As a Sales Consultant, you will assist customers with purchases through relationship selling. The Brick seeks people who collaborate toward shared and personal goals. You will maintain knowledge of products and services while learning new computer applications. The position requires multitasking, organization, and flexibility across all shifts.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers with purchases through relationship selling
- Maintain knowledge of The Brick products and services
- Establish rapport with customers and other people
- Work with others toward common and personal goals
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be eighteen years of age or older
- Proven ability to multitask and stay organized
- Ability to learn new computer applications
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
