Coordinate rental sales operations onsite in Calgary, using customer service and logistics skills to support equipment availability and timely responses.
Brandt’s Sales Coordinator supports daily rental operations and sales administration. You will connect Rental Territory Managers, customers, drivers, transportation providers, and branch teams. The work covers inquiries, quotes, agreements, equipment information, and follow-up activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to rental inquiries and identify customer requirements
- Support Territory Managers with quotes and agreements
- Coordinate deliveries, pickups, transfers, and transportation requirements
- Monitor fleet availability, readiness, inventory, and returns
- Maintain accurate rental and equipment information
- Customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems
- Attention to detail in customer and rental information
- Equipment rental or operations experience considered an asset
Support Brandt’s rental customers through accurate coordination, equipment tracking, logistics, and responsive sales administration in Calgary.
