Drive parts and service sales across Edmonton with Brandt, using customer relationships and material handling knowledge to grow territory revenue.
Brandt seeks an Outside Parts & Service Representative for its Edmonton Compact Construction Equipment location. This full-time position focuses on prospecting, customer visits, PM contracts, and personalized account service. You will support parts counter operations while developing territory plans, customer records, and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and cold call new accounts
- Complete approximately seven customer visits daily
- Sell and maintain yearly customer PM contracts
- Execute annual territory plans and target lists
- Support quotes, orders, deliveries, returns, and inventory control
- Previous industry sales experience
- Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
- Ability to travel within assigned territory
- Strong customer relationship-building abilities
- Parts or heavy equipment journeyperson ticket considered an asset
