Underground Equipment Territory Sales Manager

Grow Ditch Witch and Morbark equipment sales from Edmonton through territory strategy, customer relationships, and underground infrastructure solutions. Extensive travel is required.
Brandt Tractor Ltd. seeks a Territory Manager for Underground and Tree Care Products at its Edmonton Compact Construction Equipment location. You will grow market share and deliver profitable sales across utility construction, telecommunications, pipeline, municipal, civil construction, and infrastructure development. The work includes prospecting, negotiating contracts, coordinating fulfillment, and supporting ownership through parts, service, training, and product support.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop territory sales strategies and expand assigned market share
Promote Ditch Witch and Morbark equipment and solutions
Prospect for business and respond to market trends
Negotiate profitable sales contracts and terms
Coordinate parts, service, finance, upfitting, and delivery support
Requirements:
Three to five years of construction, agricultural, or heavy equipment sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Microsoft Office Suite and CRM system proficiency
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Use equipment sales, infrastructure knowledge, and customer development skills to expand Brandt's underground solutions across the assigned territory.
