Lead Canadian sales for D-Fend Solutions, using executive communication and analytical skills to expand counter-drone technology markets. Travel exceeds 50 percent.
As Sales Director, you will generate, develop, and manage sales and business development activities in Canada. You will help build the regional business around innovative, proven cyber-takeover counter-drone technology. The work includes customer relationships, partner channels, competitive analysis, and approved sales plans. Salesforce CRM and Google Workspace support daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate, develop, and manage sales leads
- Develop channels supporting sales generation and growth
- Build relationships with potential customers and partners
- Analyze competition and identify local and global players
- Execute sales plans and results-driven tactics
- Four or more years of sales experience
- One or more years of leadership experience
- Proven record managing high-performing field sales teams
- Experience over-achieving regional sales quotas
- Salesforce CRM and Google Workspace proficiency
