Key Responsibilities:- Build trust with established dealer partners across Alberta
- Support continued growth and strategic dealer development
- Communicate product updates and technical resources
- Coordinate operations and logistics responses to concerns
- Handle warranty and return requests accurately
- Three-plus years of relevant account management experience
- Background in dealer support or business development
- Experience with customer relationship management
- Relevant bachelor’s degree preferred
- Motivated, approachable, and solution-oriented professional
Use relationship management, dealer communication, and operational coordination skills to support water treatment customers across Alberta.
