Use warm leads and appointment scheduling skills to support Hear CANADA clients from the Inside Sales Team across Canada. Work 11:00 am–7:00 pm EST weekdays.
Hear CANADA seeks a Scheduling and Sales Specialist, internally called an Inside Sales Specialist, to support hearing care bookings. You will discuss promotions and appointment options with prospective clients, identify needs, and represent clinics as preferred destinations. The role requires sales focus, empathy, and effective English communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Contact warm leads to book hearing care appointments
- Identify client needs and introduce product promotions
- Meet daily KPIs and overall sales targets
- Update client information in the CRM appointment system
- Coordinate booking schedules with clinic teams
- One or more years inside sales experience
- High-volume appointment scheduling experience
- Empathy when speaking with clients experiencing hearing loss
- English communication skills, verbal and written
- CRM experience and willingness to learn software
