As National Sales Leader, Commercial Solutions, you will lead a sales organization serving legal, lending, valuation, and real estate professionals. You will expand national and regional accounts, strengthen partnerships, and support complex commercial transactions. Success requires executive presence, analytical planning, and knowledge of underwriting, commercial lending, and risk management. Salesforce CRM expertise supports disciplined pipeline oversight and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:- Expand FCT presence across national and regional commercial accounts
- Develop executive relationships with law firms, lenders, and developers
- Represent FCT at industry events and speaking engagements
- Partner with Operations, Underwriting, Product, and Marketing teams
- Guide transaction complexity, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies
- 10+ years in commercial real estate, lending, title insurance, or related fields
- Experience leading high-performing sales teams and enterprise accounts
- Strong executive influence with senior leaders and decision-makers
- Expertise in forecasting, performance analytics, and pipeline management
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
