Best Plumbing seeks a Plumbing Showroom Specialist to create kitchen and bath spaces for homeowners, builders, designers, and contractors. You will guide product selections, provide accurate quotes, and support clients before and after installation. Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and computer skills support daily customer care. The position requires reliable transportation and Saturday work.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop relationships with builders, designers, contractors, and homeowners
Assess needs and guide product selections and purchases
Provide quotes, pricing, inventory, and delivery information
Handle special orders, concerns, returns, and short payments
Maintain displays and provide after-sales customer service
Requirements:
Minimum two years of sales experience
Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
Organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Saturday availability and reliable transportation required
