Kitchen Designers provide exceptional customer service while driving sales and helping customers realize their dream kitchens. You will connect with customers through a consultative approach, assess needs, present product options, and complete sales. Accuracy, detail, and customer communication are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve individual sales targets supporting department goals
Follow up on open quotes to close sales
Use 20/20 to create designs and product options
Provide quotes based on assessed customer needs
Assist with special orders and installation services
Requirements:
One to two or more years in sales
Flexible availability for evenings and weekends
Excellent reading, communication, math, and customer service skills
Construction knowledge with blueprint and floor plan reading ability
Kitchen cabinet and design software knowledge is an asset
