Sales Manager Communications Security Solutions

Lead Communications and Security Solutions sales strategy at Wesco, guiding revenue growth, customer relationships, and profit performance. This outside sales role includes travel up to 25%.
As Manager, Sales, Communications and Security Solutions, you will direct a single location and team of direct reports. You will develop sales plans, coordinate marketing initiatives, forecast results, and maintain key customer relationships. The business carries total sales revenue up to $50 million.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and administer sales plans supporting quotas and customer satisfaction
Partner with Marketing and suppliers on programs and initiatives
Forecast territories, sales volume, product lines, and profit
Direct quotations, proposals, order management, and complaint resolution
Recruit, coach, train, and appraise sales staff
Requirements:
High School Degree or equivalent required
Five years related industry professional sales experience
Two years managing staff and programs regionally or nationally
Knowledge of strategic planning and resource allocation
Ability to travel up to 25%
Apply sales leadership, forecasting, customer relationship, and marketing expertise to manage Wesco’s Communications and Security Solutions business.
