Lead turf equipment sales strategy at Brandt Tractor Ltd in Rocky View Agriculture, guiding teams, territories, and customer growth. Build revenue and profitability through key accounts.
As Sales Manager Turf, you will direct equipment sales strategy, team development, and territory performance. The work includes quotas, budgets, forecasts, customer relationships, and market opportunities. You will collaborate with Marketing, executives, the Branch Manager, and Human Resources on plans and staffing.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop sales strategies, quotas, budgets, and forecasts
- Create quarterly and annual team sales plans
- Lead, train, and develop sales personnel
- Manage key accounts and expand partnerships
- Analyze pricing and market trends
- Seven or more years in sales management
- Relationship-building ability with customers and partners
- Confidence with financial transactions and forecasting
- Strong critical, logical, and analytical thinking
- Availability to travel as required
