Own enterprise renewals and expansion as a Senior Account Manager, working fully remotely across Canada or the United States with occasional travel.
Manage approximately 80 enterprise manufacturing accounts while protecting retention and growing software adoption. Lead consultative conversations with plant teams, senior managers, vice presidents, and C-suite stakeholders. Connect product capabilities to measurable business outcomes and collaborate across customer-facing teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage renewals and protect recurring customer revenue
- Identify expansion across software modules and new sites
- Lead discovery, demonstrations, negotiation, and closing
- Build relationships across customer stakeholder levels
- Coordinate Sales Engineering, Implementation, Support, and Product teams
- Three to five or more years managing renewals and expansion
- Quota responsibility for upsell or cross-sell revenue
- Experience managing large enterprise account portfolios independently
- Strong consultative sales and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
